Video Team Lead

1992 - Current Position  

  • Oversee the creative and functional use of live streaming video.
  • Prepare visual presentation for screens used on all campuses.  
  • Create and maintain sustainable and reliable video systems, as well as the development of volunteers for all weekend services, special events and programs occurring within the church. 
    • Essential Functions
      • Provides leadership development for the members of the visual arts team 
      • Create a training process to increase quality volunteer participation 
      • Continually look for ways to enhance the congregation’s enjoyment of services

Bigg's Hypermaket (branded as bigg's) was a chain of hypermarkets in southern Ohio, primarily in the Cincinnati area.  As a hypermarket, in addition to groceries it sold clothing, general merchandise, lumber, shoes, bedding, furniture, jewelry, beauty products, electronics, toys, garden supplies and housewares.  It was founded by Hyper Shoppes Inc., a firm owned by three French companies and SuperValu, which bought the entirety of the company in 1994. They used to operate over 13 Bigg's stores, but later pared it down to eleven.  Remke Markets merged with the struggling Bigg's division of SuperValu in 2010.

Softline Manager-Hills Department Store

May 1988 to March 1990

  • Hiring, supervising and training of up to 65 employees
  • Inventory control and merchandising of softlines departments (clothing)

Hill Department Stores was a discount department store chain based in Canton, Massachusetts.  It was founded in 1957 in Youngstown, Ohio and existed until 1999 when it was acquired by Ames.
